All AURORA orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Estimated delivery to all Australian addresses: 8–12 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at any time via the Track My Order page.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every AURORA Skin Balm with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
To initiate a return
- Email us at support@auroraskinbalm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong shade, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@auroraskinbalm.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
